Food & Beverage Manufacturing Business for Sale in Bunbury, WA

This established artisan butcher shop is now available for purchase, offering a fully fitted and trading business ready for a new owner to step straight into. The shop is known for its personalised cut to order service using locally sourced, grass fed meats, alongside a range of packaged products and gourmet condiments.

Located in the South West region of Western Australia, the business sits in a growing area with further commercial development nearby. It has traded successfully for many years and has built a loyal customer base, strong local reputation and positive reviews, supported by an active website and social media presence.

The real value on offer here is the established set up. The sale includes the plant and equipment, stock and existing shop fit out, with a lease in place, which means a buyer avoids the considerable cost, time and approvals involved in building a butcher shop from the ground up. Everything needed to trade from day one is already in place and operating.

Key features:

• Plant and equipment, shop fit out and stock included in the sale.
• Existing lease in place for a smooth transfer.
• Long trading history with a loyal and repeat customer base.
• Award winning products and a personalised cut to order service.
• Locally sourced grass fed meats, packaged lines and gourmet condiments.
• Strong online presence with an active website, social media and positive reviews.
• Motivated seller open to Vendor Finance on application.
• Stock valued at $40,000

This is an owner operator business rather than one run under management. It will best suit a qualified butcher looking to work for themselves, or a couple or small team happy to work in the shop day to day, which is how the current owners have run it and how the wage costs are kept down. If you are looking to own an established butcher shop with the fit out, equipment and customer base already in place, submit an enquiry today to find out more.
